Steve Dorsey
President & CEO

Mr. Dorsey joined NTI in 2004, after more than 20 years of financial, operations and executive management experience. He is currently responsible for the execution of the strategic and operational plans of the Firm. Prior to NTI, Mr. Dorsey was President/CEO of Breakwater Security, an information risk management firm that was eventually sold. Prior to Breakwater, Mr. Dorsey was Vice-President of Olympic Capital, one of the largest regional merchant banking firms in the Pacific Northwest that specialized in Leverage and Management Buyouts of high-growth, middle market companies on the west coast and across numerous industry sectors. Prior to Olympic Capital, Mr. Dorsey was Chief Financial Officer at NCF Financial Group, an investment holding company with a number of operating entities serving real estate, IT leasing, private asset management and telecommunications. As a member of the executive team at NCF, he solved strategic issues to maximize returns on investments. Prior to NCF, Mr. Dorsey gained financial experience in the Corporate Banking Group of U.S. Bank and Moss Adams LLP.

Mr. Dorsey holds a BA in Accounting and a minor in Management Science from the University of Washington and is a former CPA in Washington State.

Patrick LaMear
EVP / Business Development

Mr. LaMear joined NTI in 2008; Mr. LaMear brings 18 years experience in operations roles and is currently focused on development of scalable business process infrastructure to support future growth as well as online revenue growth strategies. Prior to NTI and most recently the past 5 years he was Co-Founder and EVP of Operations for ProCard Systems, Inc. At PCS, Mr. LaMear was primarily responsible for the development and execution of the online business development strategies as well as established and maintained relationships with outside sales agents to represent PCS products and services to end-users as well as grew channel sales partnership to 800 partners throughout the West coast and Southwest United States.

Michael Bean, EnCE
Director of Forensic Consulting

Mr. Bean is a court certified expert in computer forensics. He has over 7 years policing experience, including 3 years serving as the lead detective of a computer crime squad for a large police department in Georgia. He has served as an Instructor and Senior Manager for the worlds leading Computer Forensic Software company and managed a computer forensics lab for a large big 4 accounting firm. Mr. Bean holds an EnCE certification and has provided expert testimony in the area of computer forensics as well as official affidavits supporting his findings of analysis. Mr. Bean has held prior positions of Director of Forensic Services and VP of Operations for an electronic discovery company and is currently the Director of Forensic Consulting at NTI. NTI Associates offers the ability to process data for electronic discovery using leading computer forensic technology.

Mark Cox, EnCE
Senior Forensic Consultant

Mr. Cox is a court certified expert in computer forensics with over 5 years of experience. He has provided expert testimony in the area of computer forensics as well as official affidavits supporting his findings of analysis. He has held prior positions of Senior Forensic Consultant for an electronic discovery company and is currently the Senior Forensic Consultant at NTI. NTI offers the ability to process data for electronic discovery using leading computer forensic technology.
