Expert Witness Testimony/Special Master Services

After the forensics specialists have presented their findings to the litigation team for trial/settlement presentation, opposing counsel – or even the bench – may call the validity of the evidence into question. NTI consultants regularly provide expert witness testimony to explain where the data came from and how conclusions were drawn about the data’s source. We’ve been extremely successfully in defending validity of evidence; in fact, we are increasingly retained by the bench as Special Masters to provide objective third party testimony regarding the integrity of evidence and the soundness of the protocols with which it was obtained.
